Deliveries can be made the day following the placement of your order, subject to availability of delivery windows. Deliveries are not made on the following public holidays:
Your nominated delivery day can be up to 7 days from the time of placing your order. If circumstances change and you are not able to be at home to accept delivery at your nominated time, please phone Petwise at least 8 hours before your nominated delivery time to make alternative arrangements for delivery. Products Missing From an Order |
| If you have any products missing from your Petwise order, make sure you check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please phone Petwise to have any problems resolved. |
Product Returns |
| In the event of any problems with products purchased using the Petwise Online shop, they may be returned to your nearest Petwise store for a refund or exchange. Products must be accompanied with the Petwise invoice. If you need further assistance contact your nearest Petwise store during opening hours. Alternatively you may make arrangements for the item to be collected and a replacement or refund to be supplied. |
